Who we are
We are a rights-based consulting firm, driven by a commitment to social justice and sustainable peace and development. Our work is grounded in feminist, conflict-sensitive approaches and the Do No Harm (DNH) principles and informed by intersectional, decolonized, and trauma-responsive perspectives. Our practice is shaped by decades of multinational and trans-contextual hands-on experience involving participatory methods and deep-rooted community engagement, mainly in the Global South. Crucially, we bring a practical understanding of accountability and compliance, balancing both supply and demand aspects of development cooperations for sustainable impact.
